Emily and Chris flew in recently from Atlanta to do some of the final planning for their wedding next month. We hadn’t yet met in person, so in addition to getting some cool images we got the chance to get to know each other a little bit. It was an amazing day, in fact maybe a little too amazing, as I think every inhabitant of Marin was out at the beach where we had also planned to shoot. (When I scouted the location the previous Friday there were literally 9 other people total on the beach and I think 6 were surfers.) Good thing our first location was so awesome! I definitely wasn’t left wanting! We were able to arrange to use the Headlands Center for the Arts as the backdrop for our shoot, a place I’ve been dying to shoot at since I made my first visit. The wall textures and light are a photographer’s dream. They do weddings there too, so if you’re looking for a cool location be sure to check it out!
Gotta love some good window light!
This one’s a little offbeat, but I dig it!
We’re looking forward to seeing you again at your wedding in a few weeks! Thanks for coming out to play with us! 🙂
